The design process focused on finding the right balance between structure and creativity, inspired by the feel of fashion photography. I used clean, modern typography with bold spacing and simple layouts to create a look that felt both elegant and strong.
Type was the main visual element, helping the brand feel confident and dynamic. The system was designed to be flexible across print and digital, making sure the visuals and messaging worked well together and spoke clearly to a creative audience.
Pose is a self-initiated branding project for a fashion photography convention. The visual identity blends sleek design with bold visuals to reflect the elegance, creativity, and energy of the industry. From the logo to promotional materials, the system creates a cohesive and inspiring experience.
The goal was to build a brand that resonates with a creative audience, photographers, stylists, and designers. The challenge was to design something elevated yet bold, reflecting fashion’s forward-thinking spirit while working seamlessly across print and digital platforms.

The design process for Pose focused on capturing the elegance and energy of fashion photography through clean typography, structured layouts, and bold accents. I aimed to create a look that felt both refined and expressive, with strong visual hierarchy and flexibility across formats.
A neutral color palette paired with bold touches helps highlight content without distracting from the imagery. Textures inspired by camera film add depth and a sense of authenticity. The final identity includes a custom wordmark and a visual system applied across posters, digital assets, and event signage creating a cohesive, modern brand that feels both timeless and creative.
Motion plays a crucial role in this identity. Inspired by the fluidity and rhythm of a photoshoot, I incorporated animation and movement as an essential design element. Transitions, type animation, and image fades add life to static layouts, guiding the viewer’s attention and deepening engagement. These motion choices were not just decorative, they were made to enhance storytelling and simulate the feeling of being part of a live fashion environment.
By integrating motion thoughtfully, the identity becomes more immersive and expressive, reflecting the ever-changing, fast-paced nature of the fashion world. This dynamic layer helps the brand feel modern, sophisticated, and alive.
Pose demonstrates how design can elevate an event experience through clarity, emotion, and visual storytelling. The project highlights the power of brand systems that are not only visually strong but also flexible across formats, from print to digital to motion.
Although conceptual, this work showcases the ability to create an identity that feels modern, engaging, and well suited for a creative audience. It also emphasizes the value of motion in branding, adding energy and depth that bring the identity to life in a meaningful way.
